No — progress, flags, and mock-exam history are saved locally in your browser by default, with no account or sign-up required to practice. If you want that history to follow you across devices, you can optionally create a free account after finishing a practice set; only your progress data (no question content) syncs, and it's tied to your account, not shared or sold.

How accurate is this site's practice score at predicting whether I'll pass the real exam?

We're building toward a real answer instead of guessing: on the Progress page, you can optionally and anonymously report your actual exam result, and we correlate it against your practice accuracy at the time. Enough self-reports lets us show, for example, whether 85%+ practice accuracy across three or more mock exams actually tracks with a real pass. It's opt-in, not tied to any account, and the more people who share a result, the more useful the signal gets for everyone after them.
